THIS IS HOW YOU ERADICATE TERRORISM

COLOMBO, Oct 9 (Reuters) -
An air strike by Sri Lankan warplanes killed 69 Tamil Tiger rebels at a training camp last month, the military said on Tuesday, the biggest single-day rebel casualties in months of renewed fighting. An air force spokesman said the raid was carried out on Sept. 25 in the northern Kilinochchi district and the death toll was confirmed by military intelligence.

This is yet another point in support of the fact that the value of military assets need to be assessed by their utility value when in conflict, rather than by their market price in peace times. Of course the stupid leftist terrorist hugging media and their sidekick miscellaneous pansies would more than hesitate to look at it that way.

Sri Lanka should continue to invest in maintaining and upgrading its strike capability with the now battle proven Mig-27s until this conflict is successfully concluded.
